My first introduction to Neighborhood Realty and Property Management (NRPM) and Its owner, Patrick Juvé was when I first moved to Austin and needed to quickly find an apartment. Patrick came to my rescue, He made my needs a priority, and I moved into my apartment within a few short days. Since that time, NRPM has been my go-to for everything real estate, helping me with a home purchase in Austin and the sale of that home eight years later. Additionally, Neighborhood Realty and Property Management acted as my realtor in three out-of-county land purchase/sale transactions. I know and trust NRPM; I can count on a comprehensive approach. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding all elements of real estate and provide excellent information, guidance, and solid problem solving. I bought a house using a realtor at Neighborhood Realty & Property Management. The agent was very professional and patient. I have to admit that I was picky. I wanted a place that was close to town but outside the city. I also needed to be near a hospital because I have some health issues. Of course, I needed a house that fit my budget. The realtor showed me several houses and a condo before he found a house that suits me perfectly. He never tried to push me into buying a property I didn't want. After I decided which house I wanted, the transaction went smoothly and without any surprises.
