Residential Rental Property Management in Austin
We manage single-family homes, condos, duplexes, fourplexes, and small apartment communities across Austin and Central Texas. Here’s how your rental goes from a signed agreement to your first rent payment:
- Walkthrough and photos. We walk through your property to build a personalized marketing plan and take professional photos of its best features.
- Rental analysis. Our market analysis sets the right rent, so your home earns what the market will pay.
- Marketing. We list your rental on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and more, and place a yard sign (subject to HOA approval).
- Screening. Every adult applicant gets a credit check, criminal background check, employment verification, and rental or mortgage verification, in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
- Lease signing. Our licensed staff prepares the lease, gathers signatures, handles payment collection, and gives your tenant an orientation on caring for the home.
- Rent collection. Tenants pay through their online portal or by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Most pay online.
- Your monthly payout. We start the monthly closeout around the 25th. Your income is deposited by ACH between the 26th and the last day of the month, along with your owner statement.

We perform a credit check, criminal background check, employment verification, and rental or mortgage verification on every prospective adult resident. NRPM complies with all Fair Housing regulations.
How quickly will my home be rented?
Most of our properties have less than one month of vacancy. While a home is vacant, we inspect it weekly, actively market it, and screen potential tenants.
How soon can you start managing my property?
Right away. We have systems ready to start managing your property today. There are no onboarding fees, and your first month of management is free.
Can I switch to NRPM from my current property manager?
