Agent Referral FAQs
How much is the referral fee?
$250 per door for single-family homes, $125 per door for duplexes, and $100 per door for fourplexes and larger.
When is the referral fee paid?
Once the property is leased. If we take over management of a property with a tenant already in place, we pay the referral fee within 30 days.
Will NRPM try to sell my client’s property?
No. We manage the rental, and when your client is ready to buy or sell, we refer them back to you.
