Rates for Larger Properties and Portfolios
Adjustable rates are available for properties renting for over $3,000 per month and for owners with multiple properties. Whether you own single-family homes, duplexes, fourplexes, or a small apartment community, contact us for a quote.
What’s Included
Marketing: a personal walkthrough, professional photos, a market analysis to set the right rent, listings on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and more, plus a yard sign (subject to HOA approval).
Leasing: guided applications, screening for criminal history, credit, rental history, and income, full Fair Housing compliance, lease preparation and signing, and a tenant orientation.
Ongoing management: annual interior inspections, preventative maintenance walkthroughs, maintenance coordination with a 24/7 hotline, monthly air filter delivery, make-ready coordination, HOA compliance, an online tenant portal, move-out inspections, security deposit itemization, and eviction services in the rare cases they’re needed.
Reporting: monthly owner statements, P&L and accounts reporting, ACH owner payments, a 24/7 owner portal, and year-end 1099s.
