Neighborhood Realty and Property Management (NRPM) has built its reputation on decades of intentional growth, industry expertise, and prudent decision-making. Established as a successful property management firm years before, the company entered a new phase of growth when it was acquired in 1985 and given the name Neighborhood Realty and Property Management.
Patrick (current Owner/President) began his career as a leasing agent for Neighborhood Realty in 2004. Driven by a commitment to excellence and financial independence, he was able to purchase NRPM and transform the company into what it is today.
NRPM is a highly successful, full-service property management company serving Austin and the surrounding Central Texas markets.
